BELOW IS INFORMATION FOR THE 2020 FALL MEETING.
This year’s meeting will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. Ensure you include the correct email address in your registration. You will be sent connection information in advance of the event.
Below are some training videos to help answer any questions you may have about the event.
We will run a training session on October 7th from 11am-1pm. You can practice logging in, meeting in channels and ask any other questions you have about the event. We will email connection information for this training session after registration closes.
The MEDE 2020 Fall Meeting will include one day of meetings and presentations, focusing on the collaboration of each material group.
Please use the following button to register for the meeting by October 5, 2020. Although the event is free, this will ensure that we have accurate information for planning purposes.
Due to COVID-19, the MEDE Fall Meeting has been adjusted to accommodate a virtual meeting format. For our traditional poster session, we have modified the format to better facilitate a poster session-like experience and in fulfillment of the collaboration requirements of the MEDE CRA.
We would ask that each MEDE consortium principal investigator assign an individual (most likely a graduate student or postdoc) to present their research task. The research tasks are based on the BPP FY20-21 and Congressional adds, and are listed in Appendix A.
Each poster needs to be registered on Eventbrite by only one contributor. To avoid duplication please coordinate with all authors prior to poster registration. The deadline to register is October 5, 2020.
