Collaborators

The Hopkins Extreme Materials Institute is, above all else, a vehicle for collaborative research. We work with organizations including the U.S. Army, NASA, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the National Institutes of Health, as well as academic centers within the Johns Hopkins University community and throughout the world. We also partner with corporate affiliates to share research and resources, allowing our work to impact society in exciting new ways. We also perform research in collaboration science, studying the most effective ways for diverse individuals to work together.

COPORATE AFFILIATES PROGRAM

HEMI believes that the maximum impact of advancements in technology occur when there’s an open exchange between our researchers, students, and corporate affiliates within the appropriate intellectual property frameworks. Our Corporate Affiliates Program (CAP) helps us share our advances in the fundamental science of materials and structures under extreme conditions through innovative research, testing, and analysis conducted by world-leading subject matter experts.
