Extreme Art Workshop: Color in Word and Deed

HEMI has partnered with Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) to create Extreme Arts Workshops. The workshops, geared towards the non-artist, are free and open to Johns Hopkins University students. The goal is to foster cross-disciplinary thinking and collaboration through hands-on demonstrations.

Color in Word and Deed is an exploration of color’s indiscretions.  Participants in this two-hour, hands-on workshop will experience color’s slippery character through organizational challenges and direct observation.  Color histories and glue techniques will be covered.
