Develop canonical models that relate application requirements to fundamental material parameters and objectives to guide the URA’s materials design. CURRENTLY DELAYED
Develop new energetic defeat systems with a team of experts and energetic systems evaluation and modeling with the ultimate goal of intelligently designing a new class of multiple-characteristic, time/temperature defeat energetics amenable to manufacturing scale-up.
Combine advanced highly detailed hydrocode modeling with in situ validation and uncertainty quantification to develop a rapid screening tool that encompasses all the primary physical/chemical processes that occur in a fire ball. CURRENTLY DELAYED
