Paulette Clancy

Paulette Clancy is the Edward J. Schafer Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, with secondary appointments in Materials Science and Engineering and in the Chemistry department. She is a research director in the Data Science and AI Institute at Hopkins. Her research focuses on computational studies of materials, primarily studying semiconductor materials and the development of new AI approaches. She has a PhD from Oxford University in Physical Chemistry. After a long tenure at Cornell, she moved to Johns Hopkins in 2018.
